Yugoslavian Converted Steyr Model 95M Mannlicher Straight Pull Rifle, #114465, 8x57mm cal., 23.5" barrel, blued finish with bright bolt assembly, hardwood stock and handguard, dovetailed inverted-"V" front sight, and adjustable tangent rear sight with "V"-notched groove, graduated to 2000 meters. Includes a brown leather sling, stamped "STOLLA/WIEN", in very good used condition. Rifle was converted by the Kragujevac Arsenal into its present configuration by fitting a Model 1924 Mauser barrel, sights, handguard, and magazine. An internal steel clip is in place inside the magazine. Top of the receiver ring is marked "STEYR/M.95". Numbered parts do not match. No visible import marks. Condition overall is good, retaining approx. 65%-70% thinning and toning blue, with wear and patina especially to the rear sight, receiver, and buttplate. Bolt assembly has areas of rust patina. Wood is fair, showing numerous dents and scratches. Action operates smoothly. Bore is bright with very good rifling. Est.: $400-$700. (C&R)
