Winchester Model 94 PCMR Carbine
The PCMR Carbines were used by the Pacific Coast Militia Rangers. The Rangers consisted of Loggers, Fisherman, Foresters and others to patrol the west coast of British Columbia against enemy invasions during WWII.
These rifles were chambered for 30-30 Winchester and were outfitted with slings and sling swivels by the Dept of National Defense.
They were stamped with the Canadian Military C Broad arrow on the receiver, forend and the buttstock.
This rifle has a strong stamping on the receiver, however the stamps in the wood are worn with age.
Serial Number 1338079 a 1942 manufacture.
The blueing is faded to a grey patina in some areas. There is some pitting on receiver.
The woodwork is in good condition with no cracks. It has not been sanded.
The Bore is in good condition and the rifle functions as it should.
All used rifles must be inspected by a Competent Gunsmith before firing.
