WWII GERMAN POLICE UNIFORM, HELMET, AND MORE.
1) A fine WWII German Police uniform with brown and silver shoulder straps on a green field. The collar tabs are silver on a green field. The 3 button tunic also has bullion SS runes below the left breast pocket, a WWI Black Wound badge, a 3-award ribbon bar, and a 1942 Police pin on the right breast. CONDITION: light wear with no notable mothing. 2) WWI German M1816/17 helmet with a camouflage painted finish that is quite light but very interesting. The left interior of the helmet is stamped " B.F. 64 ". Partial leather liner. CONDITION: the painted finish is light and only partially present. There is no chinstrap and only a partial 3-pad leather lining remaining. 3) A cast Weimer Republic style gorget that is most likely a reproduction. The gorget has a central "Der Stahlhelm" insignia and RZM marks on the rear clips. 4) An Imperial German dress Bavarian fire helmet in black leather. The helmet features a dark wool top comb, small green plume, lion side posts, crowned cipher front plate, a Bavarian cockade, and brass front edging. The leather chin strap is detached on one side. Liner is generally solid. CONDITION: The helmet is a bit crushed. Trim has a dark patina. Liner is generally good but misshaped. (02-25412/BF). NON-GUN. $800-1,200.
