Cal. 25-35 WCF. S# 326767. Mfg 1906. It is fitted with a 20" nickel steel carbine bbl with riser mounted pinned Marbles blade front sight & open dovetail in the rear sight location. The bbl is marked with the "MANUFACTURED BY THE WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. / NEW HAVEN. CONN. U.S.A. PATENTED AUGUST 21. 1894" bbl address and "25-35 / W.C.F." caliber marking. It has a full length replacement magazine. The straight grip saddle ring frame is marked "MODEL 1894 / -WINCHESTER- / TRADE MARK" on the upper tang. The carbine stock set has a smooth steel carbine butt plate. CONDITION: Overall fair-good. The bbl has 20% of the bluing remaining in the more protected areas with the balance having a mottled grayed patina. The magazine has 95% of the finish. The frame has a little of the factory blue in the protected areas with a mottled brown/grey patina with freckling and handling marks. The stock set has been lightly sanded with some hand wear. The forearm has wood filler in a gouge with some denting and light handling marks. Butt has some minor handling marks. Nice rifling with some frosting and mild pitting. (26-200/ZAL).
