ACTION RIFLE. Cal.30 WCF. S#2063325. Mfg 1954. The Model 64 production began in 1933, intended as an upgraded replacement to the Model 55. It was intended as a high grade sporting rifle based off the Model 94 design with standard features to include pistol grip stock with fluted comb, semi-beaver tail forend & receiver factory drilled and tapped to accept a receiver sight. Bbl. 24" with hooded ramp front sight & elevator adjustable sporting rear sight. Blued steel bbl, mag tube, receiver, lever, hammer & checkered steel buttplate. Walnut forend and pistol grip buttstock. CONDITION: Very good overall. Metal parts retain 97% factory original blue (including buttplate) with a few scattered light finish scratches & handling marks. Upper tang shows scattered light freckling. Original finished stock set displays only a few scattered light handling marks with minor grain parting on left side of toe. Mirror bore displays crisp rifling. (26-1869/BH). CURIO. $1,700-2500.
