Main Description: This appears to be a British Trials Rifle that’s unique side swinging breech that is incomplete, missing parts not functional. Missing front sight blade base is present, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, tapered round barrel, left side lock marked Crown 1867 with smooth replaced hammer, main spring broken or missing, nipple damaged. One piece full military wood stock, forearm channel is cracked and chipped, checkered forearm and straight grip, chipped and cracked around lock and right side, smooth steel butt plate, sling swivels, missing ramrod.

Wear: Metal finish turning brown with pitting, rust overall, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
