1) Page 11/12 book III, from Cotton Mather's "Magnalia Christi Americana…Ecclesiastical History of New England" published London 1702, (folio 11.75" x 8"). 2) Page from 1776 Christopher Saur Bible printed in Germantown, PA. When Germantown was attacked by British in Revolutionary War, pages from this bible were used by American Forces for gun wadding for their muskets. Saur was a British Loyalist, (folio ~10" x 7.5"). 3) Page printed by Benjamin Franklin, Philadelphia in 1750 from "Reply to Samuel Finley's….", (6.5" x 4").
