.45 caliber, 5& #34; barrel, S/N 74613. Marked with three line patent markings on the left side of the slide and in two lines Springfield Armory U.S.A., United States Property. Flaming bomb on the rear of the slide and on the frame above the magazine release. On the right side Eagle and Model Of 1911 U.S. Army. Two piece diamond checkered walnut grips. Incorrect magazine. Still retains most of the original blue finish just lightly fading and some wear to the high edges. Grips show wear and handling marks. Bore is excellent. Springfield serial range 72000-84000 total produced 11,285.
