Spanish American War Veteran Framed Display with photographs, medals, and memorabilia purportedly belonging to Corporal Arthur L. Lucas, who was a participant in the assault at San Juan Hill in 1898. Included is a riker case containing military and civilian documents verifying his service and promotion to corporal then later to sergeant. He also served in the Philippines until 1901. In 1917 he applied for a reserve commission. The display is very well done, and in very good condition. Overall, an interesting lot, filled with information that warrants further research. Est.: $350-$500/lot.
