Smith & Wesson Model of 1905 Military & Police (4th Change) Double Action Revolver, #363518, .38 Spl. cal., 4" pinned barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut diamond center two-piece grips, color case hardened hammer and trigger, blade front sight, and fixed square-notch rear sight. Mfgd circa early 1920s. Revolver is in near fine overall condition, retaining approx. 93%-94% flaking factory finish, with minor marks along the barrel, and edgewear. Frame shows flaking finish, worse on the right side, with areas of surface erosion. Hammer and trigger show muted color case hardening. Grips with sharp checkering detail, light indentations at the base, and the matching serial number written on the interior of the right panel. Action functions well and locks up securely. Bore is very good with some light frosting, and clear rifling. Est.: $300-$500. (C&R)
