"THE SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER" EX-RON GRAHAM COLLECTION. Cal. 45 S# 3433. Pictured and described in detail on page 244, Collection of Ron Graham. Finished in full blue, this "Artillery" revolver #3433 retains many of its original serial numbered parts. It was shipped directly from Colt factory to Manila during the Spanish-American War. The revolver still retains its original serial numbered ejector housing". This is a very rare configuration from the renowned collection of the late Colt authority Ron Graham. I cannot find another offered in auction over past 30 years. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 1974 Colt factory letter to John Graham, copies of pages from Ron Grahm, John Kopek, & Kenneth Moore's 1976 text "THE STUDY OF THE SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER". Cabinet card photo from Philippines with unidentified soldier wearing SAA in pistol belt. CONDITION: fine overall, about 40% original blue finish, good markings. Matching S# 3433 on Ainsworth inspected frame, trigger guard, back strap, and rarely seen ejector housing. Ainsworth inspected 5.5" barrel is S# 4168. Cylinder has John T Cleveland inspection "JTC" and last 4 digits of S# 5299 (35299). Grips are fine with small chip. Mechanics are fine, crisp shiny rifled bore. (01-28478/BH). ANTIQUE. $9,000-14,000.
