Right sideplate has "Policia de Investigaciones del Peru" shield which is the Peruvian equivalent of the FBI. Reportedly only 250 of these Peruvian contract guns were made in the 1980's. 5-shot cyl. Blued & anodized finishes with case colored hammer & trigger. Checkered hardwood grips with silver S&W medallions. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching numbered factory box with manual, paperwork cleaning rod & bore brush. CONDITION: grips show some minor staining on bottom & a couple light handling marks. Hammer & trigger retain near all their case colors with a couple spots of oxidation staining & some minor operational wear. Balance of metal retains 99% original blue with a light turn line on cyl.
