FINALITY OF SALES:
All sales are final. All items are sold in "as-is" condition. While we make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any issues or defects that are not known to the auctioneer.
CONDITION OF ITEM(S):
Bidders are encouraged to review all available photos of the items to assess their condition before placing a bid. If you have any questions regarding the condition of an item, please contact the auctioneer via email before bidding at huntersuniteauctions@gmail.com.
BIDS AND PAYMENTS:
All bids are final. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn. It is the bidder’s responsibility to be certain of their bid before submitting it.
TAXES:
All sales are subject to 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 7% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) unless a tax exemption number is provided.
FEES:
All auction items are subject to a 15% Premium fee. Payment by credit card is subject to a 3% processing fee.
SHIPPING AND PICKUP:
Shipping will be arranged at actual cost via Canada Post, Purolator, or other couriers. A $10 fee will be charged to cover packaging and materials. Alternatively, items may be picked up by appointment at our Saanich or Cowichan Bay warehouses. Please note that ammunition cannot be shipped to the US without a permit procured by the purchaser.
INSPECTION AND COMPLIANCE:
All firearms and parts should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use to ensure safety and functionality. Ammunition labeled as "Reloads" is sold as components only and should not be fired.

We are not responsible for any misrepresentation of items. We aim to provide accurate descriptions, but all items are sold based on the information provided.
