DA REVOLVER. Cal. 357 Mag. S# ABK5870. Bbl. 4". Ramped serrated blade front sight with orange insert. Adjustable square notch rear sight with white outline. 1980's made revolver made to commemorate 100th anniversary of the Maine Warden Service. Left of bbl. has "1880 MAINE WARDEN SERVICE 100TH ANNIVERSARY 1980" marking in yellow. Right sideplate has Maine Warden Shield. This particular revolver was presented to Harry Kearney in 1983, who served as a Maine Game Warden from 1941 until 1969. Blued finish with case colored target hammer & trigger. Smooth hardwood target grips with silver S&W medallions. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory box that lacks labels but does have paperwork, cleaning kit, screwdriver & manual. A letter from the Inland Department of Fisheries & Wildlife is included that talks about the revolvers & a dinner where retired Wardens could pick them in the 1980's. Also included is an obituary for Mr. Kearney, a factory hardwood display case that has a plaque with Kearny's name & years of service & key for case.
