LOT OF ASSORTED WWII ERA EUROPEAN HOLSTERS.
Lot of assorted World War II era European holsters, including: 1) Rare German WWII Walther Model PP / PPK Ersatz holster. Holster is unmarked and is comprised of textured brown laminated paper on the body, closure flap, break away flap, mag. pouch, and belt loop. Closure flap strap is comprised of brown leather. CONDITION: holster shows light overall wear, with some delamination. Closure flap has torn/broken at the upper edge, having been reinforced with a glued brown leather strip on the interior and exterior, both of which have started to come free. Leather closure flap strap shows age related cracking and crazing, but otherwise remains malleable. 2) P.38 brown pebble grain leather holster mfg. by Carl Busse in 1944. Rear of holster is marked with the mfg. and single digit year of mfg. "jfk/ 4". Interior of closure flap is marked with an mostly illegible name above an apparent gun S# "84643". Mag. pouch has been removed. CONDITION: holster remains malleable, exhibiting areas of age related cracking and crazing overall. Stitching on left side of closure flap strap has broken free. 3) German police marked FN Model 1922 black leather holster. Rear of holster is marked with a boxed German police "Pol.Hbg.", followed by "1018", indicating issue to the Hamburg police. Holster contains x1 FN 1922 9-rd. blued steel mag. CONDITION: leather remains malleable, exhibiting scattered marks from handling and storage, with some areas of light age related cracking and crazing. 4) Rare Walther Model PP black leather holster. Interior is ink stamped "Walther/ P.P." beside a boxed "RBD ERFURT/ Bahnschutz", indicating issue to the Reichsbahn Deutschland (Railway Service). CONDITION: leather remains malleable, exhibiting scattered handling marks, with some areas of age related cracking and crazing. Markings on interior remain clear and legible. 5) Brown leather Walther Model PP holster mfg. by Gustav Genschow in 1944. Holster is marked with the mfg. code and 2-digit year of mfg. "jhg/ 44" on the break away flap, beneath the closure flap strap. Interior of holster exhibits a handwritten "G. SeiBOLD/ 37486252/ ATCo-324 Inf./ APo/ 44". CONDITION: leather remains malleable, exhibiting scattered marks from handling and storage, with varying degrees of age related cracking and crazing present overall. 6) Brown leather Walther Model PP holster. Break away flap has been removed. No markings present. CONDITION: leather remains malleable, exhibiting scattered handling marks, with varying degrees of age related cracking and crazing overall. 7) Brown leather post-war French MAC Mle 1950 holster. Interior is marked with a boxed "WAREIN/ LILLE (NORD)" in black ink. CONDITION: leather remains malleable, exhibiting scattered marks from handling and storage. 8) Apparent brown leather Italian Model 1934/1935 holster. Holster is unmarked. CONDITION: leather remains malleable, showing scattered handling marks and areas of age related cracking and crazing. 9) Brown leather Yugoslavian M57 (TT-33) holster. Rear of holster is stamped "5-00.000". CONDITION: leather remains malleable, exhibiting some scattered marks from handling and storage, with some spots of light crazing. 10) U.S. M1911 lanyard strap mfg. by Hickok in 1943. CONDITION: good, with age related discoloration. (02-25798/MLW). NON-GUN. $500-800.
