Lot 55, of 1912/ Manufactured at Frankford Arsenal./ Class 47, Division 3, Drawing 17.". Box is wrapped in protective plastic packaging. 2) x1 sealed 20-rd. box of .45 Caliber ammunition mfg. by Frankford arsenal in 1911. Label of box is marked "20 CALIBER .45 REVOLVER CARTRIDGES, Model of 1909./ For COLT'S DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER, Model of 1909./ Smokeless Powder" and "Muzzle velocity 725 = 25 feet per second./ R.S.Q. Box label is marked "12/ Revolver Ball/ CARTRIDGES,/ Calibre, .45./ Frankford Arsenal, 1880.". 5) x1 sealed 50-rd. box of Remington UMC .380 Colt Auto ammunition. Red cardboard box with red and white labeling on lid and sides. 6) x1 sealed 20-rd. box of .45 ACP ammunition mfg. by Remington Arms Company. Box label is marked "20 CARTRIDGES/ PISTOL BALL/ CALIBER .45 M1911/ AMMUNITION LOT REM./ REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY, INC.". CONDITION: boxes remain sturdy and serviceable, showing general overall wear and age related discoloration. Remington UMC .380 Colt Auto box shows losses to label around its circumference, most notably on the left side. .45 ACP box shows some tearing to the label along the edges of the lid, but otherwise remains sound. .38 Caliber Frankford Arsenal box (dated 1912) exhibits areas of staining on the label.
