The SRT Outdoors, Inc. (SRTO) is organized to benefit wildlife water and habitat enhancement projects by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals, companies, vendors or other validated entities.
Any bid made at a SRTO auction, online auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item offered at the price bid. Your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to complete the bid and payment process as outlined in the offering.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance. month, or portion thereof, that payment is late. Auction items must be paid for by the close of auction period. Payments will be taken by onlinehuntingauctions.com or as defined in the bidders instructions. Payments can be made by cash via wire transfer, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price bid.
PERMIT BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 6% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of some special permits/tags (unless prohibited by statute.) THESE ARE NOTED IN RED IN THE AUCTION DESCRIPTION. Proceeds will be dedicated to SRTO Conservation Initiatives.
SRTO strongly encourages Special Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the State, Province, Tribal Nation or Country he/she is hunting if the hunt is not all inclusive. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law. It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the State, Province or Country they are hunting.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from the SRTO Auction Team for verification.
