You agree that KOS Auctions and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Items must be removed within 5 days of the auction, unless further arrangements have been made. All items are left at your own risk and responsibility.
KOS Auctions will hold purchases until payment is cleared if prior arrangements haven't been made. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.

Shipping Details:
Invoice total and shipping cost will be done under separate charges. Unless arrangements are made all out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to the purchaser. We use Canada Post for shipping out the winnings and put insurance on each parcel/box. Shipping charges will include $3 handling fee per shipment.
