Cal. 30. S# 8019031. Bbl. 24". Hooded blade front sight. Ladder rear sight graduated to 2700yds. DLO 1917A1 Browning built with a mix of military parts. Right sideplate has Rock Island Arsenal & Douglas L. Oefinger markings. Gun currently has an Israeli 7.62 NATO bolt installed. Parkerized finish. Gun is mounted on an MFE made & 1942 dated M1917A1 tripod. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: white cloth 200 rd. belt., water can & belt hose with chest. CONDITION: brass parts are a dull yellow mustard patina. Balance of metal retains 95-97% parkerized finish with scattered handling marks, edge wear & some light oxidation. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bright near excellent bore with strong rifling. Tripod shows oxidation with brass turning to a dull yellow patina & expected surplus wear but appears usable. PROVENANCE: Military Museum Collection of Shooters Outpost, Hooksett NH.
