Firearm has no magazine, no grips.
Metal finish shows finish edge wear, there are scratches and scuffs, light rust on the breech face; condition is fair.
Bore is shiny, smooth with very good rifling.

Firearm has not been test fired or inspected by a gunsmith. All guns are sold “As Is”. We do not clean guns and recommend a thorough cleaning before use. You Must send us copies of front and back of your PAL and Driver’s License if you are having your firearms shipped to you.
Due to Government restrictions handguns can no longer be sold within Canada to an individual unless you meet certain criteria. You are a firearms business, out-of-country bidder (you must contact an exporting service before bidding), you have the Olympic Exemption letter, hold an authorization to carry or Museum classification. If you don't meet any of the exemptions; handguns can be purchased for parts, for an additional fee of $60.00 per firearm. We will dismantle the firearm so you can have all the parts (except the frame) if you have RPAL. If you don't have RPAL and an exemption all parts are available except the frame, slide, barrel or cylinder/magazine. The frame will be turned into the OPP for destruction. All prohibited firearms and their short barrels as parts require a prohibited license.

Your items are available for pickup on the Wednesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up beyond the two-week period following our auction.We reserve the right to ship those items to you and charge the card on file if not picked up in a timely manner.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator and UPS are the only option for shipping ammunition in Canada.

You have sole responsibility for your purchases. You and or your importing FFL will be required to file paperwork with BATF in order to import an item. Please check with your FFL and/or BATF regarding import of specific items. Not all firearms are able to be imported/exported into the USA. Note that any items that you have purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at our next available auction. Our regular commission charges apply to the resale of your items.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an "as is" condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale with the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.

In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
