Cal. 65. NSN. 16" overall, 10" octagonal barrel with gold inset band & poincon plaque "BOOTH PHILADELPHIA", "BOOTH" engraved in script on rebated lock with sliding safety. Engraved steel furniture, finely converted from flint to percussion with screwed bolster. CONDITION: Fine overall, muted case colors to lock, hammer, and breech, damascene barrel has mostly plum patina, stock has 2 small crescent shaped insets rear of tang on right, old varnish retained throughout.
