Pickup for online purchases will be in LESLIE, MI on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 1 and 2 (NOT IN COLDWATER!!!) There will be NO online purchase pickup in Coldwater on the day of the auction! Absolutely no exceptions.
Online item pickup in Leslie MUST be scheduled through our scheduling system. Appointments are required.
- On-line buyers who pick up firearms on Nov 1 and 2 that require a NICS background check will be charged a $25 fee payable in cash only please.
- All buyers will be required to fill out a Form 4473 unless the gun is antique, black powder, or an air rifle.
- NICS background checks will be conducted on ALL firearms unless you are an FFL.
- A Michigan CPL no longer exempts you from a full NICS Check per a letter sent to all Michigan FFL's from the ATF on March 3, 2020. We must run a NICS check even if you have your MI CPL. No exceptions.
- Trigger locks will be available.
- Out of state buyers who pass the NICS check will be able to pick up their firearms and take them home subject to the laws of your state of residence.
- For out of state buyers, handguns must be shipped to your local FFL dealer for transfer unless you have a FFL.
- All guns are sold in as-is condition. We do NOT guarantee the make, model, caliber, or working condition of any firearm. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that there are no issues with the gun.
- $20 fee per long gun and $10 per handgun for shipping plus the actual cost of packing and shipping.
-We will not ship to states with laws preventing the import of any specific firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
Bidding Notice: Live Simulcast bidding will start at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 29. 20% Buyers Premium for online bidders. 13% BP for live bidders with a 3% discount for cash.
Auction Notice: Online purchases cannot be picked up on auction day. Online purchases may only be picked up in Leslie, MI on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 1 and 2. No online pickups will be available in Coldwater.
