This revolver has Chief Black Knife's name written in togia as a tribute to him, but belonged to Bull Bear as his name is also written on the gun. There are markings indicating he was at Little Bighorn and helped corner Reno and then led his warriors against Custer. He also attended the "Dying Dance" for those young warriors who pledged to be suicide warriors. Bull Bear died in 1912 and was buried in the Kingfisher Cemetery in Oklahoma.
