All items ship by Canada Post shipping will begin after items have been paid in full. Shipping rates vary by location.

Upon your becoming the Purchase of an item, that item shall immediately become your responsibility and be at your risk (whether you have paid for that item or not). You agree that KOS Auctions and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Items must be removed within 5 days of the auction, unless further arrangements have been made. All items are left at your own risk and responsibility.
KOS Auctions will hold purchases until payment is cleared if prior arrangements haven't been made. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
Items will not be released until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions.

Shipping Details:
Invoice total and shipping cost will be done under separate charges. Unless arrangements are made all out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to the purchaser. We use Canada Post for shipping out the winnings and put insurance on each parcel/box. Shipping charges will include $3 handling fee per shipment.
