Buffalo Bull also known as Last Bull or Heslusluta was a minor war chief of the Minneconjou Sioux. He was part of the 1868 non-treaty faction. Buffalo Bull rode bare-back and fought hand to hand with a lance and war club. This Derringer was a gift from the Metis, which enabled them to trade with his people.
