RIFLE WITH SCOPE. Cal. 308 Winchester. S# K0036L. The 24" fluted heavy weight barrel is devoid of sights and has caliber engraved at rear. Short Dakota 76 action with Dakota info on sidewall features engine turned bolt with multi-panel checkered knob and M70 type safety. Bottom metal has deep extended hinge floorplate with release in trigger guard bow. Skeleton steel capped pistol grip stock made of very attractive smoky marbled and slightly crotch figured European walnut measures 13-3/4" over brown Decelerator pad. Stock features swept left hand cheekpiece, two recoil bolts, ebony forend tip and sling eyes. Borderless checkering of rounded outline, has fleur-de-lis intrusions and ribbons through pattern. Rifle is topped with Schmidt & Bender 6 x 42 26 mm scope with 4 post and cross hair reticle in Dakota QD rings. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: consignor's infomation sheet. CONDITION: very fine. Appears essentially unfired with only a very few if any minor storage and handling marks in all original finishes. Bore is bright and shiny. Mechanically crisp. Scope is also essentially "as new".
