Cal. 50 BMG. S# 2114. Bbl. 51 1/4" with muzzle brake & "ERB" marking. Blade front sight with protective ears. No rear sight present, instead a Weaver style base is installed on rear sight base. Matching numbers on bbl. & receiver. Other visible parts are mismatched. Famous Finnish Lahti L39 anti-tank rifle converted to 50 BMG likely by Charles Erb due to US laws & ammo availability & is still mag fed. The L39 Lahti was used during the Continuation War for sniping, AA & tank harassment. Left side of receiver has state factory "VKT" & Finn army "SA" markings. Blued finish. Ski bipod. Hardwood pistol grip panels & cheekpiece. MAGS: 1-10 rd. that appears to be for cosmetics & doesn't hold a 50 BMG rd. CONDITION: hardwood furniture shows scattered dings, scratches & handling wear. Metal retains 60% blue with scattered edge wear, fading, light oxidation & handling marks. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bright near excellent bore.
